Among the three major components of imaging: experiments, microscopy and image analysis, nearly 60% of life science researchers acknowledged that \"<em>Image Analysis is the most difficult part<\/em>\" during a survey we organized (n=1904). We believe that <strong>Bioimage Analysts<\/strong> are the key players in the field to overcome this difficulty (see <strong><a href=\"http:\/\/eubias.org\/NEUBIAS\/?page_id=29\">Key Concepts<\/a> <\/strong>for more details).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NEUBIAS<\/strong> is a unique network of bioimage analysts in Europe, aiming at strengthening the bridge between life science,\u00a0 computer science and digital image processing by:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>Establishing the role and identity of <strong>bioimage analysts<\/strong> in the life science community<\/li>\n<li>Sharing bioimage analysis knowledge and techniques<\/li>\n<li>Improving image analysis technology, foster innovations and collaborations<\/li>\n<li>Securing image data integrity<\/li>\n<li>Complementing rapidly evolving microscopy techniques<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>NEUBIAS<\/strong> (<strong>N<\/strong>etwork of <strong>EU<\/strong>ropean <strong>B<\/strong>io<strong>I<\/strong>mage <strong>A<\/strong>nalyst<strong>S<\/strong>) is an action fully funded by <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cost.eu\/COST_Actions\/ca\/CA15124\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">COST<\/a>\u00a0(CA15124).
