(Important: The Symposium organized between 4-6 March by NEUBIAS in Bordeaux\u00a0 is not an eligible event)<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Target conference during the period <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>1st June 2019 - 15th April 2020.<\/strong><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #ff0000; font-size: 14pt;\">ITC Conference Grant Application Deadline: 5th of February 2020 (exceptions may be granted, but only in case of specific requests submitted before 5th of February)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">NEUBIAS Expectations for the successful Grantees<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Requisite: Candidate is listed in the conference program with a oral\/poster communication to receive the grant <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 (applications can be submitted before program confirmation, and evaluation can be performed beforehand).<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Evaluation of the application by experts\/committee. Scoring attributed to criteria such as:<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Contribution Quality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Candidate's CV<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Conference Quality\/relevance\/visibility<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Grantee must provide a short conference report<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Grantee must contribute to NEUBIAS webtool <a href=\"https:\/\/biii.eu\">biii.eu<\/a><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"> with new entries reflecting the conference program <\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Conditions<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Refund after the conference upon completion of report.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Refund can be total or partial, and includes registration fee, travel, accommodation, subsistence.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Conferences in Europe preferred, outside of Europe possible.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">How to apply<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Fill in the <a href=\"http:\/\/eubias.org\/NEUBIAS\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/ITC_ConfGrants_NEUBIASCOSTActionCA15124_application.docx\">Application Form<\/a> and return it to the ITC-Conference-Grants Coordinator and Chair (see details in the form).<br \/>\n<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Application <strong>is open for CALL 3:<\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong> conferences happening from June 2019 to April 2020.<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span style=\"color: #993300;\">Eligible conferences<\/span><\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">NEUBIAS does not restrict the range of conferences to a specific list.
