Application Procedure for visiting scientists<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Within COST Action CA15124, applications should be submitted according the procedure detailed below after reading the \"NEUBIAS- Full STSM description<\/a>\" document:<\/p>\n

Step 1 \u2013 Formal agreement and on-line registration by the applicant<\/strong><\/h4>\n
    \n
  1. Obtain the written agreement of the host institution, before submitting an application.<\/li>\n
  2. Complete the online application form (https:\/\/e-services.cost.eu\/user\/login\/stsm)<\/a>:<\/li>\n
  3. The Applicant must use the on-line registration tool to register their request for an STSM, at least 3 weeks before the beginning of the STSM<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Step 2 \u2013 Formal STSM application and annexes<\/strong><\/h4>\n

    \u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 After encoding the information and pressing the \u201csubmit\u201d button the online registration tool will issue a formal STSM application which has to be downloaded and sent by the applicant electronically (by e-mail as attachment), together with any necessary document which the Applicant may regard as helpful in supporting the application at the evaluation process:<\/p>\n
