NEUBIAS Satellite meeting: Bioimage Analysts’ best practices seminar

The NEUBIAS Satellite meeting is our Best-Practices Seminar where Bio-Image Analysis experts show their way of executing projects in practice. It serves as a platform for knowledge exchange and discussion of common practice and state-of-the-art in routine work.

This distinguishes the meeting from the conference, where researchers present new tools and results, and the training schools, where experts train students. The primary goal of the meeting is communication among experts. We would like to openly discuss advantages and disadvantages of different approaches to the same goal. Short talks allow the speakers to present their view on the topic and an extended panel discussion allows to discuss with the audience.

This year, we will have two sessions on

* Machine learning in Microscopy

* Bioimage Analysis Facility Management

Stay tuned for the list of speakers!
